Memorial Academy (BMA) is the realization of a long nurtured dream of Bhangura
in quality education. It is an English and Bangla Medium School. The medium of
instruction is English for Pre-Primary (Playgroup to Pre-school) level but the western culture is not the goal. The school’s
pre-primary curriculum is designed to provide a nurturing, creative and
stimulating environment for Physical, Intellectual, Language, Social and
Emotional development of the child. It prepares children for the primary level
by focusing on the holistic development. And the medium of instruction is Bangla
for Primary
(Standard-1 to Standard-5) level under the National Curriculum & Textbook Board Bangladesh (NCTB). And also encouraged student to participation in co-curricular
activities.

Memorial Academy (BMA) aims to provide
a nurturing and learning environment to enable students to become responsible
citizens, life-long learners and good
communicators through a challenging curriculum. Non-academic
subject including Themes, Arabic, Authentic Islam
and creative project are given equal importance while planning the Curriculum. It’s aims to
provide a learning environment where students are challenged to reach their
individual potential by the acquisition of knowledge and the development of
personal, cultural and democratic values essential for future success.
BMA believes
that classroom learning is not sufficient to make a child excel in life;
therefore it aims to provide students with learning beyond academics, by
developing talents through an emphasis on extra curricular activities and life
skills. The Teachers are the heart of the academic program and BMA is committed to have motivated
and trained teachers. BMA provide
utmost care and guidance
to academically weak students by arranging subject-wise remedial classes. After
regular class special tuition periods are arranged with excessive homework. The school also aims to emphasize the importance of
collaboration between parents and the school so that all parents are actively
involved in their children's education.
The total strength of each class does
not exceed 24 to ensure that quality education is imparted to each student. A
notable feature at BMA is the teacher- student ratio, which is 1:24.
